Our Process

 

1. Design Consultation:

About a month before your wedding, we’ll schedule a design call to discuss your vision. we’ll Finalize the pose, background, and special details that will make your painting uniquely yours. We’ll also confirm the wedding day timeline.

 

2. Wedding Day:

Your artist will arrive early to begin painting the background before guests arrive. Throughout the celebration, your painting will come to life as you and your guests watch the masterpiece unfold.

 

3. Studio Finishing & Delivery:

If your painting isn’t completed by the end of the evening, we’ll carefully finish the remaining details in our studio. Most paintings are completed within 6–12 weeks, then shipped safely to your home or made available for local pickup.
